Your guide, Kendal. 👋

I explore the relationship between parental loss, unresolved grief, and the patterns they carry into our adult lives.

I know this territory personally. My own experiences of parental loss and emotional disconnection have shaped who I am today.

These gatherings are designed for what I needed but didn't have access to.

A place where you can come as you are, without having to perform, pretend or have everything figured out.

I'd love to see you at the next gathering.

 You know your pattern.

Overwork.
Procrastinate.
Emotionally eat.
Impulsively spend.
Keep everyone else happy.
Say yes when you mean no.
Shut down, isolate yourself, or overthink everything.

You find yourself either escaping, controlling, or adapting...

Maybe you’ve tried to break the pattern.
But you loop back to the same version of yourself.

Same behaviour. Same frustration.

Here's what you need to know...

Your patterns aren't random.
And they're nothing to be ashamed of.

Your patterns are DOING something for you.

They help you avoid something.
They help you minimise something.
For protection, safety, familiarity and belonging.

This quiz uncovers what your pattern gives you and why you keep going back to it.
